These valuable assets consist of 41 fields strategically located in the Ozen and Emba regions of Western Kazakhstan, excluding any additions made between 2007 and 2011. The primary focus of these core assets revolves around maintaining production levels, achieved through the optimization of oil extraction processes and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.

During the early to mid-1990s, "Mangyshlake Energy TOO faced a notable decline in production, attributed to prevalent economic challenges and a considerable lack of investment. However, demonstrating resilience and strategic acumen, the company successfully reversed this downward trend by the end of 2007, achieving remarkable production growth. This turnaround underscores the company's adaptability and commitment to overcoming challenges, positioning it as a resilient player in the dynamic landscape of the oil industry.

Commitment to Enhanced Productivity

In the span of 2007 to 2010, Kaspi Nefte Gas, AO witnessed a remarkable 80 percent surge in production levels. This substantial increase can be predominantly attributed to heightened investments in cutting-edge drilling techniques and enhanced recovery methods tailored for mature fields. Integral to this recovery process were well workovers and the implementation of advanced technologies, including hydro-fracturing. Looking forward, Kaspi Nefte Gas, AO is unwaveringly committed to sustaining optimal production rates from its existing assets in the upcoming years.

Founded and officially registered in 2016, our mission from the outset has been to attract foreign investments into Kazakhstan's thriving energy sector. As part of our strategic initiatives, "ROSGEO UZBEKISTAN OOO" successfully secured exclusive rights and licenses for exploration and production within the Akshabulak, Nuraly, and Aksai oil fields. This concession, guaranteed for a 30-year duration, is set to conclude on March 1, 2024, in accordance with the AO Foundation Agreement.

Currently, "Mangyshlak Energy TOO" serves as the operator for the Akshabulak, Nuraly, and Aksai oil fields, collectively covering an expansive area of 897 square kilometers. In 2016, "Mangyshlak Energy TOO"" achieved noteworthy milestones in its production endeavors, culminating in the extraction of 1.5 million tons of crude oil. This success solidifies our dedication to advancing productivity and contributing to the dynamic landscape of the energy sector in Kazakhstan.
